IVIG Patients Can't Get Class Cert. In AmerisourceBergen Suit
A West Virginia federal judge refused Tuesday to certify a class of patients alleging AmerisourceBergen negligently pushed unnecessary immunoglobulin treatment on them to fatten corporate profits, finding that the case raises "highly individualized" issues of fact regarding each patient's health that can't be resolved on a classwide basis.
