ICE Must Turn Over Records From Speech At Sheriffs' Confab
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement will have to turn over to the ACLU of Massachusetts draft talking points for a February 2019 speech given by an ICE deputy director, a federal judge ruled Tuesday, saying the notes are not privileged under the Freedom of Information Act.

ACLU Sues ICE For Records From Speech To Sheriffs' Group
The American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts filed a public records lawsuit Wednesday against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, seeking recordings and other documents from an address apparently delivered by the agency's second-in-command director to the National Sheriffs' Association in February.
