    Nespresso Beans Coffee Co. With Capsule Copying Suit

    A coffee purveyor is profiting off of Nestle SA's Nespresso trademarked coffee capsules by selling what it calls "Nespresso compatible" capsules and leading customers to believe they are endorsed by the at-home coffee giant, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in New York federal court.
