A Maryland federal judge agreed Wednesday to pause a putative class action accusing software provider Citrix of placing illegal telemarketing calls until after the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, but declined to extend the stay to await long-anticipated federal guidance on what qualifies as an autodialer.
