    SEC Freezes Traders' Assets Over Anadarko Insider Trading

    The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sued "unknown" traders and froze their accounts in New York federal court Monday, alleging "highly suspicious" purchases of Anadarko Petroleum Corp. securities ahead of rival Chevron Corp.'s announcement that it would acquire Anadarko for $33 billion.
