EEOC, Trucking Co. Strike Deal To End ADA Leave Policy Suit
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reached an agreement with trucking company Groendyke Transport, resolving the agency's claims that the rigid paid leave policy of a company Groendyke purchased violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, according to a filing Tuesday in Florida federal court.
