EEOC, Hydraulics Co. Get OK For Revised Disability Bias Deal
A hydraulics company will pay $85,000 to resolve a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit alleging it fired a warehouse worker after he fell seriously ill and his manager deemed him a "liability," the agency said Monday, two months after a Florida federal judge rejected an earlier version of the deal for being too vague.
