LeBron's Uninterrupted Wins TM Rights In Spat With Charity
NBA star LeBron James and his company Uninterrupted IP LLC have won the trademark rights to the phrase "More Than An Athlete," with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board ruling that Maryland youth charitable organization Game Plan Inc. never proved it was the rightful owner of the phrase.

Charity Hits LeBron's Uninterrupted, Others With $33M IP Suit
A Maryland youth charitable organization sued LeBron James' Uninterrupted LLC, as well as Nike Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and ESPN Inc., for $33 million in D.C. federal court on Tuesday, claiming the companies have been using the charity's "I AM MORE THAN AN ATHLETE" trademark without permission.
