Teva Unit To Pay $540K EPA Fine Over Clean Air, Water Claims
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reached a proposed $540,000 settlement on Monday with a unit of pharmaceutical company Teva to end claims that a now-shuttered Puerto Rico facility breached a quartet of environmental protection laws, including the Clean Air and Clean Water acts.
