Google Wants Advertisers' 'Recycled' Monopoly Claims Nixed
Google has urged a New York federal court to toss six advertisers' consolidated putative class action alleging, as a part of larger multidistrict litigation, that the search giant's digital advertising business constitutes a monopoly, arguing that the advertisers' third crack at the claims are "attempts to recycle or repackage" failed allegations.
