Attys Sanctioned For Dragging Out AFGE Bias Suit
Lawyers suing the American Federation of Government Employees and its former president for misconduct were sanctioned Tuesday after a D.C. federal judge found the lawyers dragged out court proceedings "unreasonably and vexatiously" by repeatedly filing amended complaints that defied court orders.
