Municipal bond manager Nuveen LLC can't dodge an antitrust suit claiming it organized an industrywide boycott of Preston Hollow Capital, a New York federal judge ruled, saying there is enough evidence of agreements between Nuveen and underwriters, among other things, to support the alleged conspiracy.

Municipal bond venture Preston Hollow Capital LLC continued its pursuit of financial industry giant Nuveen Inc. with a new complaint filed in New York federal court Monday alleging that Nuveen organized an industry-wide boycott that cost Preston Hollow over $100 million.
