Credit Union Should Pay Punitives In Scam Suit, Judge Told
A drywall framing system manufacturer that won a $558,000 judgment against a credit union over an email spoofing scam has asked the federal judge overseeing the matter to restore an earlier decision to award punitive damages in the suit, saying the additional award was "well-warranted" based on the credit union's "reckless" conduct.
