A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday signed off on a request for nearly $2 million in fees to counsel representing a nearly 30,000-member strong class in a case against a hospital network accused of mismanaging its massive retirement plan, which plaintiffs claimed resulted in high-cost investments and exorbitant fees.
