Fla. Judge Ships Prerecorded Call Spat Back To State Court
A Florida federal judge on Wednesday sent back to state court a putative class action accusing Travel Resorts of America of blasting consumers with unsolicited prerecorded calls, finding that the plaintiff hadn't suffered an adequate injury and ordering the RV resorts provider to pay opposing counsel's fees for engaging in "unjustified litigation whiplash."
