A Rhode Island federal judge has denied a pair of requests that would have relieved the plaintiffs in a medical malpractice lawsuit against two doctors and a fertility clinic of proving negligence, as well as a motion that would have excluded a doctor's testimony that without the defendants' negligence, the baby in question likely would have been healthy.
