Class Counsel Fee Slashed In Conn. Tuition Refund Suit
Counsel for a class of students that settled a lawsuit with the University of New Haven over its remote learning policies will receive $274,550 in attorney fees, about half the amount requested by Poulin Willey Anastopoulo LLC, according to a judge's order in the District of Connecticut.
