A California federal judge appointed Kaplan Fox and Bartlit Beck attorneys as co-lead interim counsel Tuesday in consumers' proposed antitrust class action accusing Google of unlawfully limiting competition by forcing Android users to use the Google Play app store and levying a supra-competitive fee on purchases.

Bartlit Beck LLP and Korein Tillery LLP have asked to be appointed co-lead interim counsel of a proposed antitrust class action in California federal court accusing Google of unlawfully restricting developers and consumers through its Google Play app store and levying a 30% fee on in-app purchases.
