SEC Fines Fuel Cell Co. $1.25M For Reporting Errors
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday fined fuel cell company Plug Power Inc. $1.25 million for alleged accounting and control weaknesses that led to a multi-year restatement of its financial filings, a day after Plug Power defeated for good a proposed investor class action over similar claims.
