A New York federal judge on Wednesday adopted a magistrate judge's recommendation to grant initial approval to a $4 million settlement between 3D Systems Corp. and a class of investors to resolve claims that the 3D printing company made misleading quarterly reports in 2020 that failed to disclose major faults in its auditing capabilities and ultimately led to a stock drop.
