Air Cooling Co. Wants $9M After Rival's Absence In IP Case
An Australian air conditioning and heating company is asking a federal judge for $9 million in damages and an injunction to bar a Colorado startup from stealing its trade secrets, according to a proposed order filed this week, citing attempts by the startup to "evade liability" and continue promoting products using its proprietary technology overseas.
