    A Ninth Circuit panel on Thursday rejected Google's en banc rehearing request challenging a decision that revived a putative privacy class action accusing Google and content providers of illegally tracking children's online behavior, but the panel amended its decision to note that the Federal Trade Commission backs the panel's holding.
