Ancestry.com Can't Arbitrate Minors' Genetic Data Claims
Ancestry.com cannot arbitrate claims that it illegally shared minors' genetic testing information with third parties, because the minors didn't sign the company's terms and because Ancestry couldn't prove the minors had access to the DNA test results, an Illinois federal judge has ruled.
