Texas Judge Sides With Union To Reinstate Fired Plant Worker
An arbitrator was right to reinstate a chemical plant worker fired for causing a chemical release, a Texas federal judge ruled, finding the plant had just cause to discipline, not fire, the worker and shutting down the company's argument that the arbitrator's decision was contradictory.

United Steelworkers Local Wants Rehiring Order Upheld
