Steel Trader Says Case Should Remain In Texas Federal Court
A division of German steel trader Salzgitter Mannesmann International said that its effort to have a Texas federal court enforce its $12.7 million arbitral award against a Pittsburgh steel company should remain in federal court, countering the steel company's claims that a state court ought to hear the case.
