Mich. Judge Says Attys 'Complicated' Discovery Spat
A Michigan federal judge on Friday chided attorneys litigating a proposed class action alleging Ford Motor Co. concealed a dangerous transmission defect, saying that they were overcomplicating a discovery dispute and that it was "disappointing" he needed to step in to move the case forward.
