Chipotle To Pay $400K To End EEOC Sex Harassment Suit
Chipotle has agreed to pay $400,000 to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to shutter a suit alleging it failed to stop the sexual assault, groping and harassment of female employees on the job, according to a deal greenlighted by a Washington federal judge Thursday.

EEOC Says Chipotle Manager Sexually Assaulted Workers
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hit Chipotle with a suit in federal court accusing the Mexican fast-food chain of allowing a manager at a location in Washington state to sexually harass and assault several young female employees.
