    Chrysler Scores Exit From Destination Fee Suit

    A Federal Circuit judge sitting by designation for the Delaware district court tossed a suit Friday alleging that Fiat Chrysler adds excessive "destination charges" to make additional profit, saying that no reasonable consumer would think that the charges represent the actual cost of delivering the cars to dealerships and include no profit.
