A California federal judge overseeing an antitrust suit over Google and Apple's agreement making Google the default iPhone search engine appeared open to the tech giants' dismissal motion Tuesday, telling consumers, "I don't see a lot of factual allegations to support" that competitors are being shut out of the market.
