Mazda Driver Can't Sue Pro Se For Pump Class, Judge Says
Mazda and automotive parts maker Denso defeated a driver's proposed class action claiming they knew about a faulty fuel pump that could cause cars to abruptly shut down, after a New York judge ruled Thursday that "as a pro se plaintiff," the driver can't bring claims on other people's behalf.
