Ga. Judge Frees Ex-Employees From Noncompete Suit
A Georgia federal judge tossed claims that a quartet of petrochemical workers breached noncompete clauses in their employment contracts, finding that those noncompetes too broadly restricted them from engaging in any work in any capacity for competing firms.
