    Walmart Can't Fry Fish Oil Supplement False Ad Lawsuit

    Walmart Inc. can't escape a lawsuit accusing the retailer of misleading consumers to believe a fish oil dietary supplement contains fish oil, a California federal judge said Friday in a ruling that found it was plausible that the product label could deceive a reasonable consumer.
