    Flagstar Bancorp Says Customers Can't Prove Hack Injury

    Flagstar Bancorp has asked a Michigan federal judge to toss a class action by a group of customers who claim a 2021 cyberattack that compromised the personal data of more than 1.5 million bank customers was preventable, saying the customers have not established that they suffered a concrete injury as a result of the attack.
