    A New York federal judge has tossed a suit by military parts maker Precision Metals Corp. alleging that it was unfairly debarred by the U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Logistics Agency without being given the required in-person conversations aimed at amending issues surrounding timely orders, after the company said it had reached a settlement with the DOD to resolve the case.
