A Delaware federal magistrate judge has recommended trimming claims from a lawsuit that arose out of a failed venture to create a marijuana joint-rolling machine, finding that a Connecticut-based cannabis equipment company has not adequately pled fraudulent inducement or unjust enrichment against one of its equity partners.
