A Pennsylvania federal judge has rejected the Philadelphia Inquirer's bid to strike a consolidated proposed class action accusing it of unlawfully sharing information about subscribers' video viewing habits with Meta Platforms Inc., finding the plaintiffs had pled sufficient facts at this juncture to support their federal privacy and state wiretapping law claims.
