USW Fights Oil Refinery's Bid To Resolve Firing Spat
A United Steelworkers affiliate on Thursday told a Texas federal judge not to side with Valero Services Inc.'s claim that the union breached a last chance agreement by taking a grievance over a worker's firing to arbitration, saying the dispute can go before an arbitrator.
