    Meta Must Face NJ Retailer's Listings Removal Suit In Calif.

    A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday wouldn't toss a digital retailer's complaint accusing Meta of removing its product listings for alleged intellectual property infringement complaints without timely notices, but transferred it to California, which he said could resolve the dispute quicker, due to New Jersey's "significant court congestion for years."
