Chinese Delivery Co. Can't Escape Securities Class Action
A New York federal judge has trimmed a class action alleging Chinese grocery vendor Missfresh Ltd. made misstatements and omissions during its initial public offering, saying all the suit's claims can be tossed except for allegations the company overstated its net revenue and online platform sales.
