Oil Companies Slam NJ's Remanded Climate Change Suit

A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday granted the Garden State's bid to send its climate change suit against ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP and others back to state court after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to take up similar venue fights, but declined to award attorney fees despite it being a "close call."
