    Keurig Ducks Wiretapping Suit Over Site Chat Logs, For Now

    A California federal judge Tuesday tossed, for now, a putative class action accusing Keurig of enabling third parties to eavesdrop on visitors' communications via the chat feature on its website, finding the plaintiff didn't allege how she was harmed and only alleged a "bare procedural violation" of the state's privacy invasion law.
