    Apple Beats Suit Over Watch's Oxygen Readings On Dark Skin

    Apple customers failed to adequately plead the company misrepresented its smartwatch's pulse oximetry capabilities for people with darker skin tones, after a New York federal judge said Tuesday he found the suit's "conclusory allegations" to be "unspecific" and devoid of allegations of when Apple made any such misrepresentations.
