    Starbucks Must Face Trimmed 'Sprouted Grain' False Ad Suit

    A New York federal judge on Tuesday ordered that Starbucks must face a trimmed proposed class action accusing it of falsely labeling its bagels as made with sprouted grains despite the main ingredient being unsprouted grains, saying the plaintiffs adequately alleged that the company misled customers about the bagels' contents.
