    Vodka Co. Can't Use Venue Rule To Bring Patent Suit In Del.

    Delaware's chief federal judge has refused to hear a patent claim lodged by comedian Dan Aykroyd's vodka company over skull-shaped bottles sold at retailer TJ Maxx, disagreeing Wednesday that the doctrine of pendent venue allows the matter to be heard in his courtroom along with related trade dress and copyright claims.
