An Illinois federal judge won't let The Kraft Heinz Co. escape a proposed class action alleging the company falsely labels its Crystal Light drinks as free of artificial flavors, saying the named plaintiff has adequately alleged that the malic acid in the product functions as a flavor and is artificial.
