A Missouri federal judge rejected General Motors LLC's attempt to dismiss a proposed class action alleging the company concealed information that certain vehicles had an engine oil consumption defect, saying the customers have alleged enough to survive this stage of litigation and citing a recent Eighth Circuit ruling that rejected similar arguments.
