    Meta Can't Exit Drivers' Suit Over Intercepted DMV Info

    Meta Platforms can't escape a putative class action alleging it impermissibly obtains drivers' personal information from California's Department of Motor Vehicles website, after a federal judge said Tuesday the suit plausibly alleges Meta obtained information derived from "a motor vehicle record" via its tracking pixel embedded on the DMV's site.
