A Michigan federal judge on Wednesday dismissed without prejudice a proposed class action alleging Ford Motor Co. put drivers at risk by selling 65,000 pickups equipped with faulty airbags, saying the claims are moot as the automaker issued a voluntary recall on the vehicles.
