Individuals in Florida and California have launched proposed class actions targeting mobile phone carrier T-Mobile US Inc. claiming that they were damaged after the telecom giant acknowledged that a massive data breach — its second in the last two years — had netted a hacker personal identifiable information for an estimated 37 million customers.
