Hyundai has asked a Michigan federal judge to dismiss in full a dealership's suit claiming the automaker thwarted its plans to open a new showroom for a Hyundai-owned luxury car brand.

A Hyundai dealership told a Michigan federal court not to toss its promissory estoppel, inducement of fraud and breach of contract claims against two Hyundai units, arguing that it has sufficiently claimed it was promised support for its relocation to Novi, Michigan, and that its claims should proceed to discovery.
